The site's own survey
A skier at a busy info table opens tbradio.org/survey and types their email. If the program does not know it, they answer the survey there; if it does, the page says a link has been sent to update their answers, because nobody may read another person's answers just by typing their address. Either way they are in the radio drawing once, and one email address stays one Person.
January 2027 (#32). This fall the merged Google Form stays and its responses are imported; the short link /survey points at it until then.

Three ways to build it
Low not chosen
The Google Form stays; duplicates are cleaned at import. Nothing to build. The fall state.
Medium committed
The site's own survey with the email check and the update link, questions copied from the merged form. Committed for January, because the same skiers come back to every table.
High not chosen
The medium level plus the drawing drawn on the site and answers feeding interests automatically.
What the tests prove
- Knowna known email gets a link, never the saved answers on the spot.
- Oncea second response from the same Person updates, not duplicates.
- Interestsa hand-added column still becomes an interest.
Measurements
Counted on the wireframe; live numbers come from the usage compartment once the screen exists.
Decided
- Same person means the same email address, the Person's unique identifier (Jamie, 2026-10-22 PT, ADR 0007).
- Anyone the program knows by email may sign in, so people can update their own answers once this is built (Jamie, 2026-10-22 PT, #59, #32).
- The current survey becomes the survey, so this year's answers carry over (Jamie, 2026-10-22 PT, #32).
