The six emails
The site sends six emails this season: the sign-in link, the event sign-up confirmation, the event reminder, the steward approval notice, and two for installers, when a sign ticket is picked up and when an install is completed. Each goes to one person, names no other recipient, prints no one's phone or address (#42), and carries that person's own sign-in link.
Full text, as it would land in an inbox, in a light layout with the logo. Sent through Resend from jamie@tahoebackcountryradio.org (Jamie, 2026-10-22 PT, #186). Assumption: the sender name reads Tahoe Backcountry Radio.

When Fri Nov 14, 2026, 9:15 pm PT
Hi Ann,
After today's training, Tahoe Backcountry Ski Patrol has approved you as a steward. Thank you for taking this on.
As a steward you carry a radio visibly where you ski, show how the channel is used, and report sign and trail issues.
Each time you are out, scan the trailhead sign and check in with this email address, so your visits show in the steward check-in report.

[logo]
You picked up the Emerald Bay North ticket at the TBSP shed: Jakes North, Jakes South and Hidden Peak, violet signs.
Record each install from the sign's QR code, even with no signal; it sends when the page next opens with signal.
Can't make the trip after all? Give the ticket back so the signs return to the shed:

Three ways to build it
Low not chosen
Only the sign-in link; events and approval told by hand.
Medium committed
All six as drafted, through Resend in a light layout with the logo, each with the person's link, plus the sent-mail list. Committed: each screen above needs its email.
High not chosen
The medium level plus a cancellation notice and changed-event mail. The calendar attachment moved into the committed level (2026-10-22 PT, #42).
What the tests prove
One recipientno email lists another recipient, and none prints a phone number or street address of a person.
The linkevery email to a steward carries that steward's own link, and the link signs in.
Consolein tests and local development mail goes to the console, never to Resend.
Bouncea bounced address becomes do-not-mail and is never mailed again.
Measurements
Counted on the drafts; the usage compartment never records who opened an email.

Decided
Sender and layout: jamie@tahoebackcountryradio.org, a light layout with the logo (Jamie, 2026-10-22 PT, #186).
Two more emails: when an installer picks up a sign ticket and when an install is completed (Jamie, 2026-10-22 PT, #186).
The email address is the person: every email to a person goes to their one address (Jamie, 2026-10-22 PT, ADR 0007).
The approval email says Tahoe Backcountry Ski Patrol approved them, names no admin, lists no sign locations, and asks them to check in on each visit (Jamie, 2026-10-22 PT, #67, #68).
The two installer emails go to admins only (Jamie, 2026-10-22 PT, #186).
Questions across the six
The two installer emails' words (#186): they go to admins only; the words are still drafts.
