Patrol reports
A patroller files a patrol report from a day at a trailhead: users seen, radios seen, stickers handed out, cars parked, and notes. It saves on the phone with no signal and sends later, and on arrival the server attaches the nearest weather station's observation for the time the report was made, not the time it arrived. Crediting the day toward patrol days belongs to Beacon, not here.

The medium level plus the day credited to Beacon through its own interface.
What the tests prove
- Made-ata report made offline at 9:10 am PT carries the observation nearest 9:10, not the arrival time.
- No readingno station reading within three hours stores no observation and still saves.
- Patrollersonly a patroller from the roster import may file one.
Measurements
Counted on the wireframe; live numbers come from the usage compartment once the screen exists.
Decided
- January, not first snow (Jamie, 2026-10-22 PT, #70).
- Four counts: backcountry users seen, radios seen, stickers handed out, and cars in the lot; the weather is attached by the site (Jamie, 2026-10-22 PT, #70).
